RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on the screen. We unfortunately are unable to accept any exchanges or returns of underwear. Please refer to our size chart to ensure you are ordering the most accurate size.

 

Any item that is a "sale" item is Final Sale.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
  1. Email customersupport@b180basketball.com to request a refund or exchange.
  2. Use the email address that you used at the original date and time of purchase.
  3. Include the item description and order ID in the email that you send.
  4. Mail the returned item to B180 Basketball, Inc, Attention: Refunds, PO Box 2406, Midland, MI 48641-2406
  5. Once B180 Basketball, Inc receives the returned item, a refund for the amount of the purchased item (s) will be processed and mailed to you or refunded back on to your credit or debit card. (the return item must be received within 30 days of purchase.)
  6. For express service, send all items back to B180 Basketball, Inc. using a label that includes the address used at the time of purchase.
  7. If a refund can be added back using the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase, the refund will be added back once the returned item is received.
  8. The customer pays all shipping fees for all returned items.

All returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase.
